Villa Stork
Villa Stork - located on the very sea coast in the town of Balchik and nearby the Architectural monument The palace. The unique architecture, created in the beginning of the last century by an Italian painter and sculptor, influences with romance and aristocracy that you will find difficult to detach from. Villa Stork, buried in verdure, is intended for solitude and repose with the sea waves noise recreating additional relaxation atmosphere.
The building is an architectural monument of culture, declared with letter No. 1744/02.12.1993 of the National Institute for Monuments of Culture, including the park in the property.

History
When visiting the town of Balchik in 1920, the Romanian Queen was fascinated by its beauty and its surroundings and started bying lands in the Trite Vodenitsi area with the purpose of creating a summer residence. Its building starts in 1924. During this period, the Queen's entourage also visited Balchik and decided to to buy properties in the vicinity. Such are the painter Cecilia Stork and her husband Frederic Stork. With her individual exhibition of Balchik motifs, the painter had great success and the money from the sold paintings she invested in bying the terrain and building villa Stork. Their desire was to create an art and love spot and there was nothing that could make them give up. Art and love spot stands for villa as much as it stands for garden, which surrounds it and towards which are oriented financial and decorative efforts. The wood and shrubby verdure is sparingly used and entirely overpowered by the architectural shape.

Scope of activity
Art. 5 The company's scope of activities is as follows: hotel and restaurant services, tour operator activity, trips organizations within the country and abroad, transport, information, public, advertising, sports, animation services, development and rent of sites, home tourism, prophylactic activity and rehabilitation, construction and engineer activity, trade representation and agency.
Main objectives of the investment activity
Art. 6 Main objectives of the investment activity of TIHIA KAT Jsco are:
- exploitation of the site Tihia kat /the ancient part/ town of Balchik
- construction of an underground parking lot and formation of the area in front of the ground of the new building of Balchik Municipal Administration on 21 September square, town of Balchik or equivalent investment sites.
Main restrictions of the investment activity
Art. 7. (1) The Company bodies shall not be restricted while searching for an optimum proportion between the assets in which investments are made which would ensure a comparatively high dividend at a risk level which is beyond the general one for the economy of the country. The investment activity of the Company shall be restricted only by the legal requirements, the provisions of this Articles and the relative decisions of the General meeting of the shareholders.
II. CAPITAL
Capital
Art. 8. (1) The nominal value of the Company's capital amounts to 10 326 300 (ten milion three hundred twenty six thousand and three hundred) BGN.
(2) The Company's capital is distributed in 103 263 (one hundred and three thousand two hundred sixty three) registered shares with the right to vote, with nominal value of 100 (one hundred) BGN each.
The capital obtained in art. 1 has the following structure:
1.60% - 6 195 800 (six milion one hundred ninety five thousand eight hundred) BGN in cash, 3 967 250 BGN of which deposited by Albena Jsco, and the difference of 2 228 550 BGN will be contributed by Albena Jsco within a two-year period as of the time of the capital's increase.
2.40% - 4 130 500 (four milion one hundred thirty thousand five hundred) BGN, deposited as contributions in kind by Municipality of Balchik, as follows:
Tihia Kat complex /ancient part/, registered by act for municipal property No. 1978/14.04.2005, representing land plot 02508.7.105 as per the cadastral sketch of the town of Balchik, with an area of 26 015 sq.m. - a terrain and the following buildings: a two-storey solid building /a colonade/ with a built-up area of 139 sq.m., and a one-storey solid building /sauna/ with a built-up area of 70 sq.m.; a solid building consisting of: first floor - a restaurant consisting of a kitchen hall and a kitchen block, a covered terrace and storerooms, an office and a sanitary unit with a built-up area of 280 sq. m.; second floor - three rooms with sanitary units, terraces, a corridor and storerooms.

Balchik is only 45 km away from Varna and the International airport of the city. The most magnificent summer resort - ALBENA - where man can find his own place for relaxation and entertainment, is only 10 minutes away by car.
There is a lovely Yacht port in Balchik, which matches in harmony with the walk quay and the beach. A seaside alley is under construction which will connect Balchik and Albena resort. There are 3 golf courses and Tuzlata reserve, which is famous for its mud-curing and balneologic center, located only a few kilometers away.
