The bearing structure of the building is solid, reinforced concrete. All facade elements are heat isolated. The exterior walls are constructed from 25 cm wide bricks. The roof is wooden, slope, covered with tiles of the Romance type and a boarding on the eaves. Exterior silicon plaster, stone facing, boarding are used for finalization of the building. There is a PVC woodwork with a double glazing window.
